Is there double taxation treaty access?
Anguilla has no income tax therefore the few treaties it has signed (with Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, New Zealand and the US) are one-sided and without much weight. It has however signed up to the EU deposit interest retention, the affect of which is easily avoided by legal means.
